I am working with an established CT-based hedge fund that is looking for an experienced Middle Office Associate/ Associate Manager.
This is a great chance to work with a tight-knit group in a fast-paced environment. The role will work across the business with exposure to multiple asset classes.

- Location: Stamford
- On-site: 5 days
- Base Salary: $100-125k
- Total Compensation: Up to $150k for the right candidate
- Experience: 3-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate margin calls (Prime Broker, ISDA, Repo)
- Analyze daily cash projections and manage liquidity
- Book trades and reconcile positions in the OMS
- Finalize end-of-day valuations and support reporting
- Maintain cash management systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–10 years of middle office experience
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments (EQ, FI, Repo, FX, Options, Swaps, etc.) and margin processes
- Proficiency in Excel and systems like Enfusion or Geneva
