Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant/Architect

Location : Scottsdale, Arizona onsite

We're seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to take charge of the enterprise D365 CRM landscape, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure to design, build, and deliver innovative business solutions across multiple verticals. The customer’s industry is within financial services consulting.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the architecture, design, and delivery of cutting-edge CRM solutions across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support
• Owning end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE implementations and migrations—including Salesforce to Dynamics transitions
• Using your in-depth knowledge of ITIL, Lean methodologies, and systems engineering to drive process efficiency
• Creating powerful business applications with Power Platform and Power Automate
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to consolidate legacy systems and streamline data integration (ERP, HRIS, Finance)
• Mentoring junior developers and guiding solution governance to ensure best practices across the organization

What You Bring:

• Deep experience architecting and deploying Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions in complex environments
• Experience with .Net 4.5+, C#, SQL, Web API
• Proven track record migrating CRM platforms and integrating with enterprise systems (ERP, asset tracking, service management)
• Expertise in both out-of-the-box features and custom development (JavaScript, SSIS, SSRS, Azure)
