Job Title: Dynamics CRM Implementation Consultant

Client Overview:

Vernovis is partnering with a regional utilities company to identify a Dynamics CRM Implementation Consultant. This needs to be a technical expert within the platform, and have experience rollout out the CRM in multiple environments. This person will partner closely with a project leader and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary platform and technology resource for designing, configuring, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Implement and optimize system enhancements and workflows within Dynamics 365 to align with business needs.
• Develop and review CRM customizations, including plugins, JavaScript/HTML, Power Automate flows, custom HTML interfaces, data integrations/migrations, and SSRS processes.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI to support business analytics and reporting needs.
• Design security roles and permissions to safeguard data while ensuring users have appropriate access.

What Experience You'll Have:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM, including system configuration and customization.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology implementation of enterprise platforms
• At least 4 years of experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience developing stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions in SQL Server.
• At least 2 years of experience writing detailed business requirements, facilitating user testing, and executing test cases.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integrations with tools such as SharePoint, MS Office, OneDrive/OneNote, LinkedIn, Power BI, and Adobe Sign.
