Microsoft 365 Administrator

📍 Riverside, CA – Onsite Required

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee and fine-tune the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
• Implement smart security solutions using tools like Conditional Access, MFA, Defender, and DLP policies
• Manage user access, roles, and licensing through Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to authentication, VPN, email flow, and remote access
• Automate and streamline daily admin tasks through PowerShell scripting
• Support backup and data retention strategies across Microsoft cloud services
• Provide responsive support to end-users, helping them get the most from their tools
• Keep documentation tight and offer best practice training to empower users

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and enterprise IT systems
• Strong grasp of security fundamentals and Microsoft 365 compliance tools
• Comfort with PowerShell scripting and task automation
• Knowledge of core networking (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, DHCP, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

Extra Credit For:

• Microsoft certifications (M365 Admin, Security Admin, or Enterprise Admin Expert)
• Epicor ERP exposure or similar enterprise system experience
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CCNA
