Position Overview

The Saline County Farm Bureau is seeking an outgoing and aggressive professional to join our team. As a Member Service Representative, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Farm Bureau products including but not limited to auto, home, health, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries, eligibility coverage, policy changes, and billing clarification
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Schedule appointments for Agents.
• Perform other clerical duties

• Excellent computer skills and Knowledge of Microsoft - Excel, Word, and Outlook

About our Agency

• We help customers with their insurance and financial needs, Property, Casualty, Life, Health and Business Insurance
• Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 to 4:30
• We currently have 2 offices - 1 in Benton and 1 in Bryant with a total of 13 team members
