Job Title: Medical Records Clerk

Location: Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid) 2 days in office and 3 days at home

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Position Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Medical Records Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our case management process by ensuring all necessary records and reports are obtained, organized, and readily available for our attorneys and case managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact medical providers to request and follow up on medical records.
• Maintain a clear and efficient tracking system to ensure timely record retrieval.
• Schedule and track follow-up dates using a digital calendar system.
• Communicate with clients to gather treatment updates and status.
• Order police reports, fire department reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Archive and organize all incoming records and reports, both digitally and physically.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progress and documentation accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities – both written and verbal.
• Experience with medical records, law firms, or insurance is a plus.
• Comfortable making follow-up calls and tracking multiple requests.
• Tech-savvy with experience in case management or CRM systems preferred.
