Position Overview:

Noble Clinical Research is seeking a compassionate and board-certified (or board-eligible) Psychiatrist to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care in a collaborative, low-stress outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions and a strong commitment to holistic, patient-centered care. Opportunities are available for both part-time and full-time schedules, with additional incentives for research participation and practice development.

Practice Details:

• Outpatient only setting – no inpatient responsibilities
• Office hours : Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary care environment
• Opportunity to engage in clinical research and/or build a private practice alongside clinical work

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through clinical interviews and diagnostic assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, and lifestyle counseling
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications and monitor treatment efficacy
• Provide ongoing psychiatric care, including crisis intervention when necessary
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, therapists, nurses, etc.) to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and long-term management strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with privacy and legal standards
• Stay informed on advancements in psychiatry and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and case reviews

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Arizona
• Strong clinical knowledge in diagnosing and managing a wide range of psychiatric disorders
• Proficiency in psychopharmacology and therapeutic modalities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
• Empathetic, team-oriented approach to care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Subspecialty training in child and adolescent psychiatry , geriatric psychiatry , or addiction medicine
• Experience in outpatient mental health, hospital psychiatry, or clinical research settings
• Interest or background in clinical research and evidence-based psychiatric care
