Job Description

Join a large and continuously growing Health Care Organization in a temp-to-hire role as a Medical Administrative Assistant or as a Patient Service Representative! A successful candidate in this role will have a strong potential join the company as a full time employee.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

• 8:00am to 4:30pm OR
• 8:30am to 5:00pm

Duties:

• Make, receive, and document phone calls with patients and other healthcare professionals. Direct calls to appropriate team members as needed.
• Independently manage Provider’s schedules, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Obtain and follow up on insurance pre-authorizations.
• Coordinate appointments, provide updates, and communicate pre-appointment instructions.
• Work independently but collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth operations.
