Lokahi Acupuncture is San Jose’s Best-Rated Acupuncture clinic on Yelp and Google, and the winner of the San Jose Metro’s Best of the Best award for acupuncture. We’re looking to expand our team with a passionate, talented Licensed Massage Therapist to collaborate with and work alongside our team.

Skills we are looking for:

• Sports massage
• Therapeutic massage
• Deep tissue massage
• Swedish massage
• Cranio-Sacral
• Mayan Abdominal massage

Compensation:

$60 - $75 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Offer general wellness maintenance advice to clients such as stretching and strengthening techniques
• Treat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate therapeutic massage techniques that meet their needs
• Recommend additional products or services that may benefit the client
• Keep track of client treatment records and plans and monitor improvement
• Assemble products for the client’s skin and prep the massage table before they arrive

Qualifications:

• Must possess high-level interpersonal and communications skills
• Adequate knowledge of a variety of massage techniques such as reflexology, sports massage, Swedish massage, and deep-tissue massage
• Licensure if required by state and local law
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent degree
• Over one year of work experience as a massage therapist
