ComfortPlus Home Healthcare provides skilled nursing, therapy, and support services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We serve patients of all ages across Miami and South Florida, helping them recover from illness, surgery, or manage chronic conditions while maintaining independence.

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist with a passion for healthcare and community engagement. This role will drive awareness of our services, build strong referral networks, and support our mission of helping patients heal at home.

The Marketing Specialist will lead efforts to expand referral sources and strengthen our community presence. You’ll work closely with physicians, clinics, and local organizations while also managing our digital presence to reach patients and families. Knowledge of healthcare referral processes, especially Medicare and Medicaid, is highly valued.

• Coordinate outreach with local physicians, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to build and strengthen referral relationships
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase awareness of ComfortPlus services
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging, professional content
• Support website content updates, blog posts, and email campaigns
• Organize and represent ComfortPlus at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance with reporting tools and provide insights for improvement
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and compliance requirements
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, home health, or related industry
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid referral processes is a strong plus
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with comfort engaging healthcare professionals
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
