Job Description

LHH is partnering with our Scottsdale, AZ home builder client to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be managing all marketing duties. Your time will be spent planning marketing and content calendars, designating advertising and marketing budgets for campaigns, ideating promotional strategies and maintaining strong communication and organization of projects to drive leads for sales teams to convert. To be a fit, you should bring 4+ years of digital marketing with a strong drive for project management and 2+ years of leadership. Experience in real estate or home building is preferred.

This is a perfect time to join this growing team! You will be reporting to the Director of Sales who is excited to help build this function for the organization. This is a fully onsite role in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a permanent role with all in compensation ranging between $90,000-$120,000 including opportunity for quarterly bonuses based on department met goals relevant experience. You will:

  • Strategize campaigns to drive leads for sales teams to convert, understanding customer journeys, targeting and growth marketing tactics.
  • Overall brand management for advertising, public relations and collateral, acting as approver for press releases, digital and website designs, email campaigns, advertising campaigns, direct mail and more.
  • Oversee all agency and vendor relationships, hiring and managing for public relations and advertising agencies most effectively aligning with overall brand goals within the regional territory
  • Manage various digital and traditional marketing including planning and strategy, audience targeting, reporting and optimization, identifying and prioritizing marketing objectives.
  • Review campaign performance and monitor budget tracking to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with various departments (sales, merchandisers, architects, accounting, construction and various stakeholders and executives) to align on marketing and overall company initiatives.
  • Team leadership, mentoring and managing two coordinators on the team as direct reports.
  • Collaborate and work on ad hoc design projects as needed.

Your profile should include:

  • 4+ years of Marketing strategy and execution
  • 2+ years of team management with multiple direct reports
  • Highly organized and strong sense of project management
  • Strong leader looking to drive growth in an organization
  • Experienced growth marketer having achieved success in lead generation
  • Familiarity with data analytics software
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to travel overnight
