Job Description

Our client in the educational industry is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager in Miami. This person must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Speaking Portuguese is huge plus. This person will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the marketing strategy and execution plans for their schools in the region for continued attraction, enrollment, and retention of students.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Planning for the region and for schools.
• Define brand equity elements of schools within brand context, and drive consistency and quality of execution of positioning.
• Lead the strategy around content and campaigns across The Americas using data and insights to drive performance.
• Build and maintain media relations in The Americas and support schools with PR and internal & external communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• 5+ years of brand marketing experience and are a skilled brand ambassador
• Experience managing a team and knowing how to drive a brand agenda and make great things happen
• Experience running effective campaigns and knowing how to mobilize efforts to launch successful initiatives
• Passionate about design, and have a good eye for detail
• Excellent cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent Copywriting skills in English and Spanish
