Marketing & Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management – 50%
• Design – 20%
• Administrative – 30%

In this role, you will:

• Provide high-level support to the team within our Sacramento office
• Contribute to marketing, graphic design, project management, and administrative functions
• Execute marketing tactics including brochure/flyer development, advertising, website edits, mapping, email marketing, social media graphics, and direct mail
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines
• Work within branded templates
• Manage 20+ projects simultaneously with minimal direction

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or graphic design
• Experience with online design and email marketing platforms
• Background in real estate or construction is a plus
• Ability to learn new software and in-house platforms
• Bachelor’s degree or graphic design certification preferred
• Beginner/Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Email Studio)
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Commitment to delivering top-tier service
