Job Summary
The Marketing Associate assists in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, conducts market research, and supports promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Content Creation: Develop and edit marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional collateral.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
• Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts, schedule posts and engage with audiences to build brand presence.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics (website traffic, conversion rates), and prepare reports to evaluate success.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, or webinars, including logistics and follow-up activities.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain marketing calendars, manage budgets, and handle vendor communications as needed. All other additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferred), Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role (entry-level positions may not require prior experience).
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or social media platforms).Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a must. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
