Job Description

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5–7+ years of engineering experience
• Strong background in Fabrication Engineering (highly preferred)
• Experience with press brakes, CNC machining, saw and fixture design
• Tooling design experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and coordinate project responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining engineering and drawing standards
• Experience in talent development and team mentorship
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Cross-functional team collaboration experience
• Proficient with software such as:
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Dynamics AX)
• Autodesk Design Suite (AutoCAD, Inventor, Nastran In-CAD, 3DS Max, AutoCAD Electrical)
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
