Job Description

Manufacturing Tech Coordinator, Specialist

Location: Cedar Creek, TX

Duration: 12–18 months (Contract)

Pay Rate: $25.41/hour

Shift: 1st shift (Start between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, 8-hour days)

Position Overview

We are seeking Manufacturing Technician Coordinators to support production operations in a high-tech manufacturing environment. The role involves operating automated and robotic equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various technical support duties in one or more manufacturing areas.
  • Read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate protective equipment.
  • Set up and operate automated equipment/industrial robots to manufacture products to specifications.
  • Follow process orders and work instructions for setup and operation requirements.
  • Load machine programs/recipes from computer systems.
  • Operate and monitor automated equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions and responding to error messages.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Experience with liquid automation in a lab/pharma manufacturing setting.
  • Proven skills in assembly line operation, meeting quotas, and running production/factory lines in a high-tech environment.
  • Robotics operation experience in an assembly environment ( Fanuc robot operation a plus).

Preferred:

  • Background in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA manufacturing compliance standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
