Job Description
The 2nd shift Maintenance Technician will oversee the performance and maintenance of production machinery.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
- Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary
- Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts
- Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines
- Orders and installs replacement parts for machines
- Identifies the cause of unexpected breakdown of machines
The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications
- 2+ years’ work experience in a manufacturing setting
- Working knowledge of plant equipment and parts a plus
- Knowledgeable in mechanical maintenance
