Job Title: Maintenance Lead (Oil & Gas Production Facilities)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations of our oil and gas production facilities in the Pecos, TX area. This position is responsible for supervising contract lease crews, ordering materials, and ensuring production equipment is maintained in optimal condition. The Maintenance Lead will collaborate closely with pumpers and operators, assist with troubleshooting, and be hands-on in the repair and upkeep of production equipment, including dump valves, level controllers, and back pressure valves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise contract lease crews to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work practices.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
• Order, track, and manage inventory of materials and tools required for maintenance tasks.
• Assist pumpers and operators in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
• Perform and direct repairs and maintenance on vital production equipment such as dump valves, level controllers, back pressure valves, and related devices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure all work is performed according to company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Communicate with management regarding facility needs, progress, and performance.
• Participate in safety meetings and training as required.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with production equipment—particularly dump valves, level controllers, and back pressure valves.
• Must have a stable work history and supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Must reside in or near Pecos, TX or be willing to relocate.

Location: Local to Pecos, TX

Pay: $44/hr (W2)

Schedule: 10/4

Company truck and tools provided.
