Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Travel to client locations to install specialty vending machines, ensuring they are properly set up and fully operational.
• Repair & Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on vending machines, both on-site and remotely, as needed.
• Coordination: Work closely with other technicians to manage and prioritize repairs across multiple job sites.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service and repairs for each machine to ensure consistent performance and compliance with company standards.
• Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service while communicating progress and status updates to clients during on-site visits.
• Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and features of the company’s vending machines to enhance efficiency and expertise.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
• Experience in mechanical or electrical troubleshooting (experience with vending machines is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and other technicians.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites (a valid driver’s license is required).
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical training or certification in a related field.
• Experience with specialty or complex vending machines.
• Familiarity with tools and software used in machine diagnostics and repairs.
