LLM Trainer – Multi-language (Contractor, Remote)

Type of Role:

Contractor, Remote

- Minimum 2 years in technical or analytical fields

Contract Duration: 6 weeks

Weekly Commitment:

  • At least 4 hours/day

  • Minimum 20 hours/week

  • Must have a 4-hour overlap with PST

  • Options: 20, 30, or 40 hours/week

About the Role

We are seeking professionals to work as LLM Trainers to support foundational LLM companies in improving their AI models. Your work will involve generating high-quality data for model fine-tuning and evaluation, including simulating realistic multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create multi-turn conversations simulating real user interactions with AI assistants using tools like calendar, email, maps, and drive.

  • Represent both the user and the assistant, including function calls where required.

  • Ensure logical and realistic use of tools within conversations.

  • Generate dialogues demonstrating natural language, intelligent behavior, and contextual understanding.

  • Iterate on conversation examples based on feedback to improve realism and quality.

  • Follow detailed formatting guidelines and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency and high standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in technical or analytical fields.

  • Experience with any programming language or tech stack is acceptable; strong understanding of APIs, data formats (e.g., JSON), and logical thinking is critical.

  • Ability to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues reflecting user expectations.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and adherence to instructions.

  • Experience with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.

  • Native or professional proficiency in at least one of the languages listed above.

Selection Process:

  • Technical and language evaluation through Vetsmith

  • Minimum passing scores: 80% for technical test, 70% for language
