🎥 Live Auction Coordinator – Beauty & Lifestyle

Pompano Beach, Florida | Full-Time | In-House

We’re looking for organized, energetic, and creative people who can help make our auctions run smoothly, keep things fun, and support the team behind the scenes. 💼 What You’ll Do

• Help plan, schedule, and run live auctions that keep audiences engaged
• Stage and organize products so everything’s ready to shine on camera
• Moderate live chat streams, keeping the conversation lively and professional
• Assist on-air hosts with smooth transitions and product handoffs
• Brainstorm and support marketing strategies that bring in new viewers
• Recruit and onboard new talent for future auction slots

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Clear communicator with strong written & verbal English
• Comfortable with computers, mobile apps, and learning new platforms
• Super organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Positive, team-oriented mindset — someone who brings great energy
• Familiarity with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle brands (bonus points if you’re a fan already)
• Background in marketing, recruiting, or events is a plus — but not required
