We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing & maintaining client relationships. Exceptional customer service is the most important thing we do. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective & existing clients. 

YOU MUST HAVE A CALIFORNIA PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE LICENSE.

Responsibilities

• Convert hot lead opportunities... no cold calling!
• Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products
• Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
• Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes
• Negotiate terms & conditions of insurance contracts with clients
• Consistently cross-sell products to existing customers
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database
• Ensure that all required documents are signed, filed and transmitted
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge
• Assist with Claims as needed

Requirements

• California Property & Casualty license
• Proven experience with personal lines brokerage Insurance sales (1 yr. min)
• Basic understanding of the Excess & Surplus sales cycle
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients
• Knowledge of EZ Lynx, InsuredMine or other industry CRMs
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $52,000 base salary + commissions & bonuses. Work hard and you can make $150k+ first year.
