Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information. • Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review. • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation with the most attractive commission and bonus structure in the industry.
  • Comprehensive training and continuous professional development.
  • A supportive team environment with access to seasoned mentors.
  • Opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Compensation:

  • Range is based on the average rep in current markets
  • Bonuses, are performance based and paid every month on the 15th
