You will gain experience in commercial/construction litigation work. This experience includes all aspects of the discovery process including trial preparation and keeping track of billable time. The ideal candidate will have solid research, writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong references required. Salary range commensurate to qualifications of candidate.
