"The law firm of Pipkin Ferguson PLLC has a position available for a 2L or 3L law student for a part time or summer clerkship position. You will gain experience in commercial/construction litigation work. This experience includes all aspects of the discovery process including trial preparation and keeping track of billable time. The ideal candidate will have solid research, writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong references required.
