**MUST be a Licensed Landscape Architect**

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect for a Real Estate client in Austin, Texas. This is a role for a landscape architecture professional with a passion for purposeful design, a knack for project management and enjoys working within a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence and project efficiency.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Proven leadership and management experience, including mentoring teams.
• Licensed Landscape Architect in Texas
