An international Top 50 AM Law Firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join their L&E group in Orange County.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from variety of industries across the country.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• 3-4 years of employment litigation experience, including class and single plaintiff actions involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law.
• Experience conducting complex fact investigations and analysis, preparing deposition outlines, researching, writing, and arguing motions and participation of trial teams
• Juris Doctor- qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and most prestigious practices in the country.

The firm are offering a salary range of $250 000- $310 000
