JOB DETAILS

A leading provider of Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) technology is seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse and Operations Junior Specialist to join its expanding North American team. Based in the Austin facility, this is a hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations, internal logistics, and inventory processes.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and preparing materials for use or shipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
• Monitoring inventory levels and updating stock information in internal systems
• Coordinating shipments and documentation with logistics partners
• Assisting the Operations team in improving facility workflows and supporting production tasks
• Supporting purchasing follow-ups and supplier coordination

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or production support preferred
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and warehouse tools (e.g. barcode scanners, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education – High school diploma or technical qualification (e.g. logistics, mechanics, industrial operations)
• Category B driving license required
• Forklift license is a plus
