Jr. Project Manager

Great opportunity to kick-start your career with a global industry leader! Our client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Jr. Project Manager to join an innovative, fast-paced team.

In this role, you’ll support a variety of high-impact projects driven by executive leadership, gaining valuable experience and exposure across key business functions. You will support a team focused on analyzing suppliers with low or no sales, identifying gaps in product assortments, determining pricing strategies, and identifying strategic improvement opportunities that drive efficiency and elevate the customer experience. You will partner with five managers and lead 10–15 active projects weekly. You will play a key role in enhancing merchandising strategy and delivering a more seamless, impactful experience for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive product assortment-focused projects from initiation through completion
• Develop & maintain reporting using Microsoft Lists to monitor project progress
• Collaborate closely with managers to ensure alignment, organization, and timely execution of deliverables
• Provide clear, consistent weekly updates to internal stakeholders on project status & milestones

This is a 6 month contract (possibility of extension or conversion to perm) in the Vinings.

You can work 100% remotely, but you must live in the Atlanta area .

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of experience as a PM or Project Coordinator (not seeking IT PMs)
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive to completion
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident in leading meetings and delivering clear, concise updates to cross-functional teams
• Skilled at holding team members accountable and ensuring project follow-through
• Familiarity with Microsoft Lists or similar project tracking tools
• Proficiency in basic Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for organizing & managing data
• Detail-oriented; strong ability to analyze data, identify issues, and monitor project progress
