Description:

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization, ensuring they align with the companys strategic goals. With a focus on Angular and Java technologies, the candidate will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in a hybrid work model. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. This person will be responsible for leading and coordinating with a team of 10 offshore members.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like rally, Confluence, and Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components for the myPBM platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business goals.
• Implement APIs and microservices to support client onboarding, benefit plan configuration, and audit management workflows.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Contribute to the automation of client provisioning, document center enhancements, and user feedback-driven improvements.
