Hiring Local to MN ONLY, not a remote position. Our Office is located across from Mall of America.

• You’ll be the dedicated IT consultant for a small group of clients—acting like their in-house IT leader, backed by our full team.
• No chasing outstanding billables or juggling hundreds of faceless tickets. All of our clients are on fixed-cost agreements . We measure success by client satisfaction , not time tracking.
• You’ll have the opportunity to develop actual relationships with your clients, not just a race to the next ticket in the queue.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the trusted IT resource for your assigned clients: day-to-day support, strategy, and systems management.
• Handle Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity implementations, network/firewall configuration, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Communicate clearly and directly with non-technical users—become a true IT partner , not just "tech support."
• Work on-site at client locations as needed (Twin Cities metro area), while enjoying flexibility and hybrid work options.
• Collaborate with a talented team of engineers to problem-solve and level up each other.

What We’re Looking For:

• You live in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and can travel to client sites as needed.
• Experience working at a Managed Service Provider or in a client-facing IT consulting role (required).
• Strong skills in:
• Microsoft 365 (including security & administration)
• Cybersecurity and endpoint protection
• Networking and firewall management
• General desktop/server support and troubleshooting
• You’re comfortable managing multiple environments and juggling projects—but always with clear communication and a calm presence.
• You're excited by real client interaction, getting out from behind the desk, autonomy, and a role where your expertise makes a direct impact.
