About the Job

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Investor Relations Specialist to join our growing team at UFUND Investments . This role is pivotal in engaging with our high-net-worth investors and fostering meaningful connections across our investor community. You will manage both inbound inquiries and proactive outreach, ensuring every interaction reflects clarity, professionalism, and trust. By blending investor relations, sales conversion, and community building, you will help drive capital formation while elevating the overall investor experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and existing investors, responding promptly and delivering transparent, professional communication.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Re-engage inactive and prior leads, maintain close follow-up with existing customers, and drive conversion of qualified leads into active investors.
  • Relationship Stewardship: Build lasting trust with high-net-worth investors by consistently delivering clarity, proactive updates, and institutional-quality service.
  • Client Education: Continuously inform clients about our products, services, and investment opportunities, ensuring they are empowered to make informed decisions.
  • Service Improvements: Gather feedback from clients and partners to proactively identify opportunities for improved service and efficiency; tailor approaches to meet client needs.
  • Community Building: Support the cultivation of an investor community aligned with UFUND’s values, fostering engagement beyond capital commitments.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to develop and implement investor relations programs, campaigns, and budgets. Work with the Commercial & Fund team to gather and share timely project updates with investors.
  • Client Profile Analysis: Record and categorize client information with precision, analyze behaviors, and use insights to help internal teams recommend the right products and services.
  • Event Support: Assist with livestream events, webinars, and investor conferences. Follow up directly with attendees, qualify investment readiness. 
  • Investor Events: Help plan and coordinate investor events to deepen engagement and foster stronger relationships.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update Investor Relations checklists, workflow materials, and CRM records to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Market Analysis: Apply knowledge of economic trends, competitors, and market conditions to support investor communications and business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education : A BA/BS degree is required. Preferred fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Investment, Accounting, Public Relations, or related disciplines in the financial industry.
  • Professional Experience : A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related role in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Language Skills : Bilingual proficiency required—Fluency in Chinese and English required, with strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in both languages, and deep cultural understanding in Chinese.
  • Self-Starter : Demonstrates strong initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability : Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent responsiveness.
  • Multitasking : Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and follow-up abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $65,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Consultation Conversion Bonus + Performance-Based Company Bonuses, with limitless potential for self-driven advancement.
