About the Position

(FAA) is looking for a motivated individual to join our Investment Center. In this unique opportunity, you'll support our Investment Advisory teams by working directly with advisors to deliver exceptional service and trading assistance to their growing practices.

About the Investment Center:

FAA has been experiencing exceptional growth, and as a result, we're expanding the infrastructure of our Investment Center. Our growing investment team plays a critical role in helping advisors manage and grow client accounts while providing the expertise needed to navigate the complex financial markets. One key service driving this success is FAA’s Internal Portfolio Program, which has significantly eased the trading workload for advisors by maintaining tailored investments that meet clients' unique needs. As these portfolios continue to grow, we are adopting more sophisticated investment strategies, increasing the demand for additional support to keep up with this momentum.

Required Qualifications:

• FINRA Series 7 Registration
• Detail & task oriented
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience
• Working knowledge of Netx / Envestnet / or other institutional trading tools
• Experience trading or monitoring investment accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing & trading accounts in the Internal Portfolio program ($630 million, 1,700 accounts)
• Maintain Preferred Security lists for the firm with periodic updates & commentary
• Curate monthly investment meeting topics to keep advisors informed on relevant financial information for clients
• Manage fund company relationships & resources to further enhance the center’s deliverables
• Analyze client portfolios & collaborate on investment proposals with advisors
• Run periodic investment reports to assist advisors in managing their book of accounts
• Be a knowledge source for various investment products to help advisors choose solutions for any client need
• Provide timely market information & commentary to advisors to use with clients
