We seek a results-oriented Inside Sales (Hospitality) with a proven sales record. The ideal candidate will understand the industry's unique challenges and opportunities. This role will focus on coordinating sales quotes and general questions from existing customers. This position will be at our Glendale, CA, or Las Vegas, NV, office. This is not a remote/hybrid position.

The position will also include bonus/commission incentives based on performance and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management :
  • Assist existing customers with modifying services (add/remove).
  • Provide existing customers with quotes for additional services.
  • Follow through on customer requests to modify services.
  • Act as an initial point of contact for Partners.
  • Provide quotes for new customers under the guidance of Account or Sales managers.
  • Expand relationships with current clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities with current customers and engage the Account Manager accordingly.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Managers to share information about Customers.
  1. Solution Selling :
  • Share information about our AI, telecommunications, and technology solutions suite with current customers who may be open to expanding services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for current customers.
  1. Market Insights :
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in the hospitality sector.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding customer sentiment and customer strategic directions.
  1. Reporting and Collaboration :
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Transparent communicator with the rest of the Hospitality Sales Team.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in either hospitality, technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of professionalism and a result-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Prior HubSpot experience desired.
  • Must live near our offices in either Glendale, CA, or Las Vegas, NV. This is not a remote/hybrid position.
  • Some overnight travel can be expected (less than 10%).
