NOW HIRING! Injection Molding Process Technicians (2nd & 3rd shifts available!)

2nd Shift: 2:30pm -11:00pm

3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am

Pay range: $30.00 - $33.00/hour

What Is The Job?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Complete the set-up and process of injection blow molding molds and programming injection blow molding machines. Ensures first article quality before releasing the machine to production and troubleshoots quality deviations on plastic parts produced (root cause analysis)
2. Working independently and maintaining process documentation to ensure that parts meet company and part print expectations. Documenting new and existing processes; Perform Validation DOE and establish new processing windows for plastic parts.
3. Provide technical communication to other process technicians, operators, and molding personnel. (Must possess own tools required on the technician tool list.)

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience operating injection blow molding equipment
3. Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
