Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Improve warehouse workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies.
• Layout Design: Design efficient layouts to optimize space, reduce travel time, and improve material flow.
• Tech Integration: Implement/optimize WMS, barcode/RFID systems, and use data analytics to track KPIs.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, reduce costs, and improve rotation systems (FIFO/LIFO).
• Cost Reduction: Identify and implement strategies to lower operational costs without affecting quality.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines through audits and training.
• Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, support training programs, and assist with hiring.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and report performance to management with improvement plans.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
• Experience: Background in warehouse ops, logistics, or industrial engineering; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, WMS, and data tools.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, .........layout planning, knowledge of warehouse automation, and excellent communication.
• Certifications: (Preferred): Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, CSCP.

Work Environment:

• Primarily warehouse-based with some office work; occasional travel to other locations.
