Job Title: Special Project Sales – Commercial HVAC
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $90 - $120k
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated individual to manage and grow commercial HVAC service sales within an assigned market. This role is responsible for meeting annual sales goals, developing key accounts, and delivering high-quality solutions tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed annual booking goals through effective sales strategy and execution.
- Qualify leads, deliver impactful sales presentations, and handle customer objections professionally.
- Survey mechanical systems, assess needs, and recommend repairs, modifications, or replacements.
- Estimate job costs and apply company pricing standards.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely, cost-effective service solutions.
- Manage time and appointments efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and quotes to ensure steady pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain clear documentation including proposals, reports, and booking packages.
What You Bring:
- Proven ability to close sales and build strong client relationships.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC services.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes within commercial environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
