Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Installation Technician Helper, located in Pisgah Forest, NC. The HVAC Installation Technician Helper will assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Day-to-day tasks include supporting installation projects, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring systems are operational and up to code. The role involves working closely with a team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• \n
• Keen problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• \n
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain one
• \n
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• \n
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions and physically demanding tasks
• \n
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in HVAC is a plus
• \n
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• \n
• Ability to work overtime.

• Occasional travel for training
• \n
• Neat, clean, professional appearance
• \n
• Use and maintenance of tools and equipment
