Job Title: Commercial HVAC Foreman

Location: Allentown, PA

We're hiring a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead field operations on large-scale commercial projects. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of commercial HVAC construction projects from kickoff to completion
• Supervise and coordinate HVAC crews, ensuring work aligns with project scope, specs, and schedule
• Review and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, job site protocols, and local building codes
• Manage project materials, deliveries, and equipment usage
• Communicate progress updates and issues to project managers and field leadership

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Foreman
• Proven leadership abilities managing crews on active commercial sites
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, duct work systems, and controls
• Ability to read construction documents and coordinate with other trades
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Nice-to-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC construction
• Journeyman-level technical background or formal HVAC training
• Experience using project management or field reporting software

Location & Work Environment:

Most projects are based in the PA areas, with work performed on active commercial construction sites. This is a full-time, hands-on field leadership role.
