The HR Professional is a pivotal role in shaping our organization's workforce strategy. In this dynamic position, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and strategic planning. Your leadership will drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and Perform day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members in handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Handle escalated HR issues and proactively address potential challenges within the workforce.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels and skills alignment.
  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster growth and development.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and competencies of HR team members.
  • Collaborate with department heads and Directors to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR support.

Additional Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Embrace onsite work model (available to support employees and those served by this role, in-person meetings, team collaboration, and employee engagement activities).
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
  • Travel occasionally to various company locations to provide HR support and ensure consistency in HR practices.
  • Partner with the finance department to manage budgetary requirements related to HR initiatives and programs.
  • Work closely with the legal department to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Additional duties in support of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership skills, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing HR operations in a multi-location environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
