Am UHNW private, fully staffed estate in Atherton is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join their household team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a formal home environment, works well with others, and is comfortable around children and pets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning.
• Maintain common areas, ensuring living rooms, hallways, and lounges are tidy and well-organized.
• Make beds and refresh linens as required.
• Clean and stock restrooms with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials.
• Conduct deep cleaning on a weekly basis, including baseboards, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas.
• Manage laundry, including washing, folding, steaming, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Keep closets and wardrobes organized, including seasonal wardrobe rotations and packing assistance.
• Maintain the kitchen by cleaning countertops, appliances, and dishes while ensuring pantry organization and refrigerator upkeep.
• Set up meal service and dining arrangements as requested.
• Oversee dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off, ensuring garments are well-maintained.
• Maintain outdoor furniture and patio areas, keeping them clean and guest-ready.
• Prepare guest rooms with fresh linens, toiletries, and thoughtful touches.
• Assist with event setup, including table arrangements, decorations, and ensuring an immaculate space.
• Conduct security checks to ensure all doors, windows, and locks are secured.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, household items, and linens, notifying management when restocking is required.
• Handle special household requests, assisting with specific tasks or additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Professional communication
• Experience working in a large, formal staffed home.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable around children and pets.

Salary:

Salary: $40-$50/hour + full benefits package + bonus

Additional Information:

• Schedule: 5 days a week, including some weekends
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
