Household Assistant

• Location: Los Altos, California

• Schedule: The position requires a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. The client can be flexible on the daily schedule.

• Children: Two teenagers; No childcare required.

• Duties: The primary duties include household laundry (including dog-related items), organizing, and caring for a medium-sized dog (including dog walking and taking him to grooming and vet appointments). The secondary tasks include maintaining household systems such as stocking household essentials, grocery shopping, liaising with vendors, and other special or seasonal projects.

• Requirements: The ideal Candidate should be collaborative and take a pitch-in approach to household needs. Previous experience caring for pets is highly valued. A vehicle will be provided for on-the-job tasks. The family employs weekly deep cleaners.

• Salary range: $45 - $50

• Benefits: The position offers paid vacation, holidays, and sick days, along with guaranteed year-round pay for 52 weeks. The client will be using a professional payroll service.

• Pets: One medium-sized dog.
