Hospital Liaison Responsibilities:

As a hospital liaison, you will identify and build relationships to grow the census and quality resident mix.
You will submit a census, with a breakdown of reimbursement, and in-hospital totals twice daily.
You will create and execute a marketing plan to increase the census.
You will develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the facility. With a majority of time allocated to external sales development.

Requirements:

Hospital Liaison Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in nursing or a related field.
Knowledge of sales and healthcare.
Excellent communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion.
Excellent organizational skills.
Professional demeanor.
