Our national home loan lending client is seeking a Home Loan Specialist in Tampa, FL!

Home Loan Specialist

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $22/hr

Duration: 6 month (eligible to convert to permanent), W-2

Responsibilities:

The Home Loan Specialist is a role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

The Home Loan Specialist will:

  • Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
  • Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
  • Review and validate loan documents
  • Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses in a call center environment
  • Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
