The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Court Attorney - Referee to serve as a Hearing Officer in the 4th Judicial District Supreme and County Courts and/or the first appearance and special trial parts in Family Court and will be responsible for district-wide foreclosure settlements and SCAR hearings.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Admission to the New York State Bar; and Three years of service in the Associate Court Attorney title; or Eight years of relevant legal experience gained after admission to the New York State Bar.
Base Salary: $130,061
