Project Manager – HCAI (Healthcare Construction)

Location: San Diego (North County)

We're seeking a Project Manager experienced in HCAI (formerly OSHPD) projects to join our growing California-based healthcare construction team . In this critical role, you’ll lead complex hospital and medical facility builds, ensuring strict compliance with California healthcare regulations while delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day construction operations on HCAI-regulated projects
  • Coordinate with HCAI officials, IORs, architects, and hospital stakeholders
  • Oversee scheduling, subcontractor management, and project budgets
  • Ensure compliance with Title 24, ICRA protocols, and safety regulations
  • Run OAC meetings and maintain all project documentation (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
  • Deliver project closeouts including COs, punch lists, and turnover packages

✅ What You Bring

  • 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction
  • 2+ years managing HCAI/OSHPD hospital projects (General Contractor side)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HCAI permitting, inspections, and compliance
  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project/Primavera, Bluebeam, BIM (Revit/Navisworks preferred)
  • OSHA 30 certified; CHC or ASHE certification is a plus
