GoldenT Inc is a McDonald's franchise with 6 restaurants located in Kenwood, Montgomery, Landen, Mason, Lebanon and Monroe, Ohio. We have a brand new 7th location opening in Maineville in July 2025.

Role Description

This is a leadership role within the organization. We have 8 leadership members…Owner, Director of Operations, Supervisor, People Manager, Hiring Manager, Technology/Head of Strategic Growth Manager, Training Coordinator and Office Manager. All meet monthly to collaborate and work hand in hand on a daily basis to keep our restaurants supported in their given role. Head of Maintenance Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Manage our facilities and equipment to keep our restaurants up to franchising standards

-Point of contact for our managers and maintenance teams when in need with any facility or equipment needs

-Point of contact for all of our facility and equipment vendors

-Basic handy man abilities to complete minor repairs

-Custodial duties when needed to help keep restaurants clean and organized

-Complete annual grill certifications****Paid training is needed for this

-Complete bi-weekly shake and sundae machine cleanings where needed

-Complete monthly coil and condenser cleanings on roof units and secondary refrigeration/freezer units

-Ability to drive a trailer to help move equipment when needed

-Highly skilled in communication, prioritizing and planning

-Ability to use basic technology platforms such as email, digital calendars, communication software like WorkPlace, JotForms, etc.

-To be an all around team player who is willing and able to keep our restaurants clean, organized and run smoothly with working equipment and well maintained facilities. 

Time is be managed by you and the ability to prioritize, plan and communicate is key in the success of this role. Hours of work typically range Monday – Friday 6-3pm or 7-4pm, however there are some overnight needs due to our 18-24hour operations.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively
  • Relevant certification or degree in Maintenance or related field
