What You’ll Do:
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all events—from off-road community support events to large-scale productions
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
Build new event concepts and revenue-generating ideas that align with our brand and audience
Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and on-site operations
Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs
Champion our brand values — integrity, respect, and putting people first
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of professional event planning and execution experience
5+ years managing high-volume, multi-faceted experiences (off-roading centered events, major concerts, charitable celebrations, and many more!)
Proven ability to lead events that are not only seamless, but profitable
A detail-oriented multitasker with great energy, people skills, and a passion for events
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting 30 lbs, and staying energized during long days
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience growing event revenue and hitting attendance goals
A knack for creating engaging programming and interactive experiences
Proficiency with Google Workspace and event management tools
A degree in business, hospitality, or event management (or equivalent experience)
A passion for off-roading is a big plus!
