Job Title: Full-Time Transportation Driver for Senior Community
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transportation Driver to join our team and assist our vibrant senior community. This role involves providing safe and reliable transportation for our seniors to various destinations, including grocery stores, doctor appointments, and other necessary outings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport seniors to and from designated locations.
- Assist seniors with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.
- Maintain a friendly and supportive environment during trips.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with seniors and their families regarding transportation needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle various situations with patience and empathy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
