Job Title: Fresh Grad Structural Engineer

Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid – Tues/Wed/Thurs On-site, Mon/Fri Remote)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking motivated fresh graduates in Structural Engineering to join their Engineering team supporting communication tower infrastructure. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in structural analysis, mounting structures, and collaborative problem-solving in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analyses on communication towers and mounting structures (guyed, self-supporting, monopoles, foundations, mounts).
• Review tower inspections and modification drawings, recommending remediation requirements.
• Prepare engineering documentation and reports for projects of low to medium complexity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure structures meet industry and business standards.
• Maintain accurate system data and adhere to quality control procedures.
• Assist with other engineering tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (Civil or Mechanical Engineering also acceptable).
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern certification preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with structural analysis and CAD software is a plus.
• Knowledge of TIA/EIA-222 code preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Additional Information:

• Hybrid work model: On-site Tues–Thurs, remote Mon & Fri.
• Flexible 8-hour workday; must be in office by 9:15 AM.
• Proprietary software training provided.
