What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and grow a comprehensive development program — annual giving, major gifts, and capital campaigns
✅ Manage a portfolio of leadership and major gift prospects ($100K+)
✅ Mentor and inspire a small, committed team
✅ Partner with marketing, churches, and community leaders to expand impact
✅ Serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping steer strategic growth
